The National Center on Life Planning provides special needs planning services and education to families, the community, and professionals.
Families who have a child, or other family members, with a disability are rightfully concerned about their loved ones future and need help with special needs planning and special needs trusts.
We offer educational seminars on life planning to families with a child, or other relative, with special needs. These informational services, including an individualized in person consultation, are available at no charge.
We will sit down with you in person and walk you through the special needs planning process. Besides the legal and financial concerns, our Special Needs Letter of Intent will allow you to make decisions now on how you’d like your child to live when you’re gone.
Using a team approach we are able to assist families at the lowest possible cost, often much lower than working with an attorney alone. NCLP consists of properly trained professional advisors, including special needs attorneys, who provide their expertise, services, and products to the multitudes of families facing these important decisions throughout California.
National Center on Life Planning founder Marc Shulman, SrChLAP, provides special needs planning seminars and is available as a speaker for organizations, agencies and companies throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
We also offer training for professional advisors through our books and live recordings and for those who wish to serve this sector of the population.
